*Box Packing Machine

FM-T30 automatic box packing machine is a high-tech product integrating light, electricity, gas and machinery. Suitable for automatic boxing of various products. The working process is the conveying of items; the carton is automatically opened and conveyed, and the materials are automatically loaded into the carton; and the complicated packaging process such as paper tongues at both ends is completed. The appearance of the machine is entirely made of 304 stainless steel housing, and innovative design is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the “GMP” standard in the pharmaceutical industry. The transmission part is designed with an overload protection function, and an emergency stop device is set. The operating system uses a man-machine interface video screen to ensure the personal safety of the operator.

 

A.2 Main performance and structure characteristics:

1. Automatic feeding, box opening, boxing, sealing and outputting are adopted. Such packaging form, compact and reasonable structure, simple operation and adjustment;
2. Adopting servo/stepping motor, touch screen, PLC programmable control system, the man-machine interface display operation is clearer and simpler, the degree of automation is high, and it is more humane;
3. The photoelectric eye automatic detection and tracking system is adopted, and the box is not sucked if there is no product, which saves packaging materials to the greatest extent;
4. Large packaging range, convenient adjustment, and quick conversion between various specifications and sizes;
5. There is no need to change the mold to change the specifications, it can be realized by only adjusting;
6. When there is no product or the product supply is not in place, the machine will run idling without pushing the product. When the product resumes supply, it will run automatically. The product will stop automatically when the product is not in place. The main drive motor overload protection device is more safe and reliable;

11. The hot melt glue machine can be equipped with hot melt glue spray to seal the box according to customer requirements.
